Available services at the front desk

What time check-in checkout?
When the check-in is 2:00PM, the checkout is 11:00AM.
I want to send luggage beforehand ･･･.
Please send the spare prick to the following address. I will keep it until the staying day.

Can credit be used?
It is possible to use it by the one of the following credit company. VISA/JCB/DC/UC/Diners Club/million card/American
Express/mastering card
Before the check-in and after it checks it out, can you leave one's luggage?
We will keep it. Please tell to the reception desk without reserve. Especially, the keeping time is not limited.
Even if the checkout time is passed, can you extend?
I will receive the extension until 14 o'clock.
I have gotten the extension charge for 1,000 yen during one o'clock from 11 o'clock.

Parking

Parking fees?
After it stops it first, it is maximum 1,000 yen for 24 hours(or 100 yen per 30 min).
Can you park though are a large car?
･It is not possible to stop it for the ground clearance 15cm of the hotel parking lot from 2.00m in → height.
･It is not possible to stop it for the day 2.1m or more in [kudafujimi] parking (tie-up)→ height.
･[Arusupa-kingu] (tie-up) It is not possible to stop it for 2.2m or more in → height.- Track and bus [na]
Before the check-in and after it checks it out, can you park?
When it is use within 24 hours, the pickup/delivery station is always possible.
- 24When time is exceeded, 100 yen for 30 minutes is received.
When you use the tie-up parking lot in the parking lot when the hotel multistory parking garage is used

Can the motorcycle be parked?

There is a multistory parking garage of the machine type in the back (east side) at the hotel.
There are two tie-up parking lots.

Can the parking lot be reserved?
It is not possible to be able to receive and, unfortunately, to do because it becomes first-come-first-served basis.
Can putting under the stay in and out be done?
Putting in and out is possible even by degrees how many.
- The hotel multistory parking garage is closed between 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Please note that putting between those in and out cannot be able to be done.
- The tie-up parking lot has been done business for 24 hours.

Guest room information/amenities

Is there a Japanese-style room?
Unfortunately, it is not in our hotel.
Can the Internet be used in the room?
It is possible to use it free of charge with all rooms.
Is LAN cable lent out?
It is applying it in preparation for all rooms.
Are there pajamas towels etc.
We will prepare the towel and waffle pajamas.
Pajamas also have the yukata, and contact me, please when hoping.
Is there a large bathroom?
Unfortunately, a large bathroom is not in our hotel.
Are there conference rooms?
Yes, we have two conference rooms.

Dining

How is breakfast going?
Breakfast can eat 900 yen adult one person for the staying person (more than junior high school student).(Grade-schooler's child is guiding it for 500 yen. )
In '[Keizukafe]', the first floor AM 6:30-10:00.
How is supper going?
Food is not offered in the evening.
We will prepare a peripheral restaurant and downtown map etc. in the reception desk.
Please feel free to multiply of the voice.
Is there a room service?
Unfortunately, it doesn't go. The vending machine of [kappura-men] is set up on the seventh floor as snack.

Guest with children

Could you prepare the crib?
It goes free of charge.
It numbers is limited. Please contact the hotel to become first-come-first-served basis beforehand.
- It is not possible to be able to receive and to reserve it on that day.
Can you lie of the child?
It is possible to use it for the child below the grade-schooler (The grade-schooler is included). (Lying : up to one child about one bed. )
- Please acknowledge the thing that the bed narrows very much to lying of a double room beforehand.
- When twin deluxe double is used by single use, it is excluded.

Guest receipt/invoice

What one is receive?
I will put out the one of the receipt type of the machine print from the adjustment machine at the check-in.
A hand-written thing is also good at the business mind and tell to the reception desk, please.
Though the receipt has been lost …
If it is good, it is possible to issue it by the hand-written one that the sign of the reissue was pushed. Please tell to the reception desk.
