- When is check-in/check-out time?
- Check-in time is 2:00PM, check-out time is 11:00AM.
- Can I extend check-out time?
- We receive your extension from 11:00AM to 2:00PM.
The extension charge is 1,000 yen per hour.
- Can I ask you to check my bags before check-in and after check-out?
- We check your bags before check-in and after check-out. Feel free to ask us.
- I want to send my luggage before my arrival.

- Can I use credit card?
- We accept payment by the following credit cards;
VISA,JCB,DC,UC,Diners Club,UFJ,American Express,Master,Million, Ginnren(Union Pay for Chinese travellers)
Parking
- Tell me about parking fees.
- If the height of your car is less than 155cm, you may put your car in your hotel parking. The fee is 1,500yen per night.
If the height is more than 155cm, you may out your car in our contracted parking. The fee is 2,100 yen per night.
- Before check-in and after check-out can the hotel parking be used?
- - Before check-in
You may use it free of extra charge. Kindly speak to the front office before you use it.
- After check- out
We ask you to speak to the front office before extension and hand your parking ticket there.
The extra charge is \100 per hour from 11:00 to 14:00, and \300 per thirty minutes after 14:00.
- May I put my car out of the parking during the stay?
- You may put it out anytime you want. Be sure to bring the new ticket to the front office.
- Where is the hotel parking?
- Go straight along the hotel entrance, and turn to left at the first corner. The parking is to the left.
The parking reception is operating between 7:00 and 23:00. Get in touch with the front office between 23:00 and 7:00.
- Can you park a large car?
- It is possible to park a car which height is less than 155cm. If your car's height is more than 155cm, we will take you to a contracted parking. The charge is 2,100 per night.
- Can the parking lot be reserved?
- It is a complete appointment system. If the parking is full we cannnot accept your reservation in some cases.
- Can the motorcycle and the bicycle be parked?
- You may park motorcycle or bicycle free of charge in the vacant space in our parking.
Guest room information/amenities
- Can I use Internet in the room?
- You can use it in all rooms.
- Can I borrow LAN cable in the room?
- LAN cables are set in all rooms.
- Is there a Japanese-style room?
- Unfortunately there is no Japanese-style room in our hotel.
- Are there a large bathroom and a conference room?
- Unfortunately there is no large bathroom and conference room.
- Are there pajamas?
- We set pajamas in rooms. If you want we set pajamas for kids in room as well.
Dining
- How is breakfast?
- We will offer it in "Chanpha" in the lobby at 7:00-10:00.
We serve Japanese, Western, and Asian Cuisine in buffet style (with drink bar).
As for breakfast meal tickets we prerare them for those who make reservations by conbination of room and breakfast. Those tickets are available for set menu at Tulley's Coffee or totally six restaurants inside and outside the hotel for 1,000 yen each.
- How is dinner?
- Dinner can be taken in 'Chanpha' in the lobby at 17:00-23:00.
We introduce you nearby restrants at the front office.
- Is there a room service?
- We set the menu of the room service in the room. Press 400 on the telephone in your room. The restaurant 'Chanpha' accepts your order at the following time;
11:00-15:30 (You may chose from the lunch pack menu)
17:00-22:00 (You may chose from the lunch pack and grand menu)
Guest with children
- Can a kid share bed with his or her parent?
- We permit one kid up to the sixth grader to share bed with his or her parent free of charge.
If you let us know before arrival, we can set towels for your kid in your room.
- Can I use baby crib in the room?
- You may use them free of charge. Since its number is very limited we sincerely ask you to let us know before your arrival.
Guest receipt/invoice
- Is it possible for you to issue receipt for me with room and breakhast?
- If you make your reservation with room and breakfast by Internet or buy breakfast tickets at the front office and inform us that you need receipt with room and breakfast we would help you soon.
- Can receipt issued at 'Chanpha' be combined with the one issued at the front office for room charge.
- Unfortunately we cannot combine both receipts for you.
- Can I get a receipt for TV card sold in the hotel?
- We cannot issue receipt for TV card sold in our hotel.
- Is the receipt of the laundry charge and the Takkyubin (home delivery service) issuable?
- If you speak to the front office in settling the charge or present copy for them we issue receipt for you.
